Educational History:

I graduated from United High School. I graduated from T.A.M.I.U.here in Laredo, Texas. 

Degrees and Certifications:

I have a Bachelor’s in Accounting. I also have a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in School Counseling. In addition, I have a Certified Public Accounting license.  These are the areas of my certification:

Professional Experience

Current Position:

This is the beginning of my 17th year teaching at United Middle School. This is the beginning of my 20th year working for United I.S.D. I am currently teaching 7th-8th Resource English Language Arts Reading (E.L.A.R.) and 7th and 8th grade Reading as an elective. 

Previous Position:

I began teaching at Washington Middle School where I worked for 3 years. 

Family Information:

I have an 18 year old son who is going to be a sophomore at U.T.S.A. this year.

Personal Information:

I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, dancing, playing the piano, swimming, and traveling.
